Jonathan and I moved into our first house in May 2009. We absolutely love it here! Of course we are always changing things around, adding new things or taking out things we don't like. I like to consider myself a DIYer, but really, I request the project and Jonathan normally does the work :) Here's a glimpse into our home.
First there's the kitchen. When I moved into my first apartment I started getting alot of red dish towels, dishes, etc, so we decided to keep the red theme in our new kitchen.
The living room is where we spend a majority of our time when we're home. Again we have decorated based on the items we both had in our apartments before we got married. We have changed the paint color on a few items, but the big things are items we had before getting married that we tried to work in together.
Then there's the guest room.
We have an office, which is used for everything from bill paying, to scrapbooking, to recording music.
And the closet in this room is where I keep most of my scrapbooking supplies and crafts.
Then there's the guest bathroom.
And last but not least, our master bedroom and bathroom.
